This Privacy Policy describes how MarketMagnetix Media Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through CasePipeline ("the platform"). By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account or subscribe, we collect:

Full name and email address
Law firm name and business address
Phone number
State bar jurisdiction
Practice area selections
Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers)

1.2 Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the platform:

Lead views and dashboard activity (tracked for tier enforcement and usage cap calculations)
Asset generation requests
Vertical and filter selections
Login timestamps and session data
Browser type, device type, and IP address

1.3 Lead Intelligence Data

The platform collects and processes publicly available information from government databases, court filing systems, regulatory agency websites, and news sources. This data includes information about legal events, regulatory actions, filings, and related public matters. This data is collected from public sources and is not private personal information of subscribers.

1.4 Form Submission Data

When potential claimants submit information through landing pages generated by the platform, that data is routed directly to the subscribing law firm via FormSubmit.co. MarketMagnetix Media Group does not store, access, or process the content of these form submissions. The subscribing firm is the data controller for form submission data.

2. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Retention

Account information: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years after cancellation (to comply with state bar record retention requirements where applicable).
Usage logs: Retained for 2 years from creation date.
Lead intelligence data: Retained indefinitely in the platform database. Leads are sourced from public records and do not constitute private personal information.
Payment records: Retained by Stripe according to their retention policy and applicable financial regulations.
Generated assets: Retained for 1 year after generation. Downloaded copies are under your control.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information:

Authentication via Supabase Auth with JWT token verification
API endpoints protected by API key authentication and role-based access controls
Row-level security (RLS) enabled on user-facing database tables
HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we do not guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The platform uses the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

Authentication cookies: Required for login session management. Essential for platform operation.
Stripe cookies: Used by Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising technologies on the subscriber dashboard.

Landing pages generated by the platform do not include tracking cookies beyond what is necessary for form submission routing.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate personal information
Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent for optional data processing

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

CasePipeline is a business-to-business platform for legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at casepipelinebuilder@marketmagnetix.agency.

10. Third-Party Links

The platform contains links to external websites including government databases, court filing systems, and news sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to CasePipeline.

11. International Users

CasePipeline is operated in the United States and is intended for use by legal professionals in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
